杨伟霞,工学博士,硕士研究生导师。2022年06月毕业于西北农林科技大学食品安全控制纳米技术实验室。参与国家自然科学基金面上项目1项,陕西省重点研发计划项目1项,国家自然科学基金地区科学基金项目1项。以第一作者在Chemical Engineering Journal,Journal of Hazardous Materials,Food Control等期刊发表文章5篇,参与发表论文10余篇。主要开展基于纳米材料对食品中危害因子的去除研究,构建对食品中危害因子具有高亲和性的安全纳米吸附剂,开发基于纳米材料的食品安全技术。
