刘冰,女,工学博士。主要从事食药资源开发、食药功能因子精制及其生物学作用机制研究、农产品加工与副产物综合利用等科学研究工作。主持省级自然科学基金项目,参与国家自然科学基金项目、省级科技重大专项和企业横向项目,公开发表学术论文10余篇,授权实用新型专利2项。中国生物工程学会会员,中国食品科学技术学会会员,Natural Product Research等期刊审稿人。

1、黑果枸杞中具有调节肠道黏膜免疫活性多糖的结构解析及作用机制研究,甘肃省自然科学基金项目,在研,主持
