赵洪源,工学博士,讲师。2023年06月毕业于南京农业大学食品科技学院酶工程实验室。参与国家自然科学基金面上项目1项,国家自然科学基金地区科学基金项目1项,以参与人身份获河南省科学技术进步二等奖。以第一作者在Pharmacological research, Food & function, Food Science and Human Wellness等期刊发表文章6篇,其中2023年ESI高被引文章1篇,另参与发表论文20余篇。主要研究方向是功能性食品,开展优质益生菌的筛选和功能成分的分离纯化,并探究益生菌和功能性成分对代谢型疾病的调节机制。
