田亚琴,工学博士,讲师。2021年12月在东北农业大学食品学院获得农产品加工及贮藏工程博士学位。参与国家自然科学基金项目1项,参与制定地方标准3项,参与编写《果蔬营养与生活》,第一作者发表文章7篇,参与发表论文10余篇。从事农产品加工及采后保鲜、天然活性成分分析及功能评价方向等工作.
