罗文,男,汉族,1990 年 5 月出生,河南信阳人,中共党员,博士,副教授,硕士研究生导师。2014 年本科毕业于兰州理工大学技术工程学院(现兰州信息科技学院)食品科学与工程专业,2018 年硕士毕业于兰州理工大学生物化学与分子生物学专业,2023 年博士毕业于西北农林科技大学微生物学专业,同年 7 月起在兰州理工大学生命科学与工程学院任教,现任实验中心主任、教师党支部书记。长期从事共生微生物与药用植物品质提升机制及应用研究,主攻党参等道地药材根际微生物组、合成菌群(SynCom)构建与功能菌剂研发。先后主持兰州理工大学"红柳优秀青年"计划、博士科研启动基金及横向课题等 6 项,参与国家自然科学基金面上项目等 3 项;近 5 年发表代表性论文 20 余篇。
